Windows 7 Spanish Language Pack Download Extra Quality

Windows 7 language packs are available for computers that are running Windows 7 Ultimate or Windows 7 Enterprise. The Windows 7 language packs can be installed only from the Optional Updates section in Windows Update. However, these language packs are not available on the Microsoft Windows Server Update Services (WSUS) server or through the Microsoft Download Center.

Click the optional update links for the language packs.Note If the optional update links cannot be found, click Check online for updates from Microsoft Update to search the optional updates.

Under the Windows 7 Language Packs category, select the desired language pack.Note If you install many additional language packs, the disk space and system performance are affected. In particular, disk space and system performance are affected during servicing operations, such as Service Pack installations. Therefore, we recommend that you only add a language pack to your computer if you will use the language pack.

When you install a language pack, you can change the interface language of Windows 7 to the language that you select.Language packs also let multiple users who share a computer select distinct display languages. For example, one user can select to see the dialog boxes, menus, and other text in Japanese, whereas another user can select to see the same content in French. To change the display language, follow these steps:

The following tables show the supported language packs for Windows desktop editions and Windows Server, and supported language interface packs (LIPs) for Windows desktop editions. LIPs are available for Windows desktop releases, but are not available for Windows Server. For more information, see Language packs.

The version of the language, LIP, or Feature on Demand must match the version number. For example, you can neither add a Windows 10 version 1809 LIP to Windows 10 version 1803 image, nor add a Windows Server 2019 language pack to Windows Server 2016.

The language pack changes the language of the Windows Operating System. The default language is always English and other languages can be installed manually. All the language packs are described in KB2483139.

Although you don't care for the Windows 7 Enterprise/Ultimate language pack features, you might be able to achieve an English OS without reinstalling. To go from Windows 7 Professional to Windows 7 Enterprise/Ultimate you can use Windows Anytime Upgrade. This will change the edition of Windows 7 with only a single reboot (and will keep programs, settings and data). In Windows 7 Enterprise/Ultimate you can select to download and install the English language pack. You won't be able to go back to Windows 7 Professional afterwards and may need to buy a Windows 7 Enterprise/Ultimate license to get a Windows 7 Enterprise/Ultimate Product Key.

I've read out there there is a work around for this with "dism" command but I'd need the English MUI pack (which is funny doesn't ship with Windows DVD alone with other languages in the langspack folder). Could you point me to some link for downloading this package?

You could download the MUI package if someone gives you a link. The real problem, however, lies elsewhere: You can only apply this MUI to a Windows version it isn't made for, if you change some protected system files. If you do that (either by your knowledge or by using 3d party tools), your Windows will no longer be "genuine". So, it's technically doable but not really to be recommended.

I want to add one thing: Despite of my reply - that states things as they are -, I'm not really happy with the language-restricting policies of MSFT. As a result of a more and more globalized world, we have an increasing demand of simple language-switching techniques that do NOT include a full multilingual environment, only the chance to change one UI language to another (buying a Windows version in one country, wanting to use it in another language). It would be really nice if Windows would allow this anywhere next. Few international companies need 35 installable MUI packs (some do, however), but many individuals would be glad to change one single-language edition to another single-language edition.

I'm thinking if you upgrade to windows 7 ultimate and upgrade in the same language that your pc is running then use windows update to download the language pack for English I'm sure his would work. but again its all risk.

Instead of an online keyboard, you could also choose to download a Google extension to your browser for a language input tool. The Google Input Tools extension allows users to use input tools in Chrome web pages, for example.

As far as I can tell, language packs are available for all editions of Windows 10 and Windows Server 2016. To help you reduce the size of your image, language packs in Windows 10 are split into the following language components and Features On Demand:

Additional language packs, the so-called Features on Demand, are available for example for spelling, handwriting and speech recognition (Cortana) and more. These have to be downloaded separately and are available for Windows 10 only. They are NOT included within the source files of a language pack. More details are provided later on in this section.

Besides language packs for the operating system, Microsoft offer language packs for applications such as Microsoft Office. These have to be downloaded separately. The availability of language packs for third-party software depends on the vendor. Acrobat Reader for example support more than 30 languages. These are not within the scope of this article. In this article I only deal with language packs and the Features on Demand.

Please be aware that the list of available languages can differ for individual components. For example, the available language packs for Windows and for Office do not have to match. The same goes for third-party software. When planning your language strategy you should count with the fact that you will not find all languages for all products.

By default, when you add a language in Windows, only the keyboard layout is added. The actual Windows display language (the language (interface) pack) has to be downloaded separately. The same goes for additional language packs for handwriting, speech and so forth.

Microsoft separates between a language pack (LP) and a language interface pack (LIP). As per Microsoft, a LIP is a "high-quality, localized "skin" for emerging or minority language markets. [...] A LIP provides the desktop user with an approximately 80% localized user experience by translating a reduced set of user interface (UI) elements. A LIP [...] has a dependency on a base language pack of Windows. The difference between an LP and a LIP is "the level of localization in comparison to language pack (LP) packages: LIP packages provide the desktop user with the most frequently accessed user interface and basic user assistance support (help files). In addition, a LIP is installed as a language add-on on top of an existing LP with base language dependency (Catalan LIP can only be installed on top of the Spanish or French LP, Welsh LIP can only be installed on top of the English LP). In addition, once a LIP is installed, switching the user interface between the LIP language and the LP base language is possible for users on all versions of Windows.
