September 15, 2022Dear Eagle Eye Care Patient:This letter is to inform you that Dr. Andrea (Bethel) Thomas has resigned from her position as Optometrist of Eagle Eye Care with Health Services as of September 16, 2022.Health Services seeks to assure that your eye care needs are not interrupted. Eagle Eye Care will continue to fill your prescriptions for glasses and contact lenses. Our Medical Provider team will continue to be available to treat any general medical eye issues.During this time of vacancy, if you should need a comprehensive eye exam or care services specific to optometry practices, the Health Services team will be happy to provide a list of community eye care providers. Some of these include, but are not limited to, Vision Source, Family Eye Care of Georgia, LLC and Georgia Eye Institute, Inc.
